Operator and contact
Kilaviews is a service under the Volyant name. For questions about personal data, contact the service operator using the public support form at https://kilaviews.volyant.com/support, even without signing in, or via @Kilaviewsbot. Do not send passwords or login codes.
Information we store
To provide the service, we store an internal account identifier, language, accepted terms and timestamps, recording URLs, public counter checks, job status and history, viewing allowance and payment records when applicable. Support requests store the contact details and message you provide. The shared authentication system also records identities, sign-in sessions and IP addresses used for security and account limits.
Google and Telegram sign-in
Google sign-in uses OpenID Connect with openid, profile and email scopes. The shared authentication system verifies Google's signed response and retains the stable Google account identifier (sub) as the only login identity. It stores only the verified email's part before @ as a display nickname and the Google display name. It does not use email to merge accounts, access Gmail, contacts or Drive, request your Google password, or retain access/refresh tokens.
Purposes and legal bases
We process account and job data to provide the service you request, authenticate you, calculate entitlements, handle payments if enabled and respond to support requests. Security records help prevent abuse and protect accounts. These purposes support performance of the service, legitimate security interests and any applicable record-keeping duties.
Third-party services
Google processes the Google sign-in step; Telegram may process sign-in, notifications or Stars payments if used; the video platform provides public recording counters. Our hosting and authentication infrastructure processes only the information needed for those functions. We do not sell personal data or provide it to advertising networks. Third-party services follow their own privacy policies.
Cookies and security
Necessary session and login-flow cookies keep you signed in and protect authentication; language preferences may also be stored in a cookie. If you allowed optional statistics on a Volyant acquisition page, a first-party attribution cookie may temporarily keep bounded source and intent labels until they can be linked to your Kilaviews account; rejecting statistics prevents this attribution. Authentication cookies are protected by Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite settings. Server and authentication logs may contain IP addresses and technical request details to investigate abuse or failures. We do not use these records for advertising profiles.
Retention and deletion
Account, job, support and payment records are retained for as long as needed for operation, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements; signing out does not delete them. Deletion requests are reviewed against any records we must preserve. We do not promise automatic erasure of all history on logout.
Your rights and requests
You can request access to, correction, export or deletion of your information, or ask how it is used, through https://kilaviews.volyant.com/support without signing in. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. To manage information held independently by Google or Telegram, use their own account and privacy controls.
