Unused purchases
If the purchased allowance has not been used, request a full refund of that Stars transaction. For duplicate or mistaken charges, we verify the transaction and refund an improper payment.
When service cannot be delivered
If Kilaviews is unable to provide the paid service for technical reasons on our side, we will offer restoration of the allowance or a refund for undelivered service, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Stopping a job does not automatically discard the remaining balance.
Partially delivered service
For partially delivered service we inspect the public counter and usage ledger before offering a resolution for the unused portion. Telegram's Bot API refunds a whole transaction, so we do not promise automatic partial Stars refunds.
30-day subscriptions
For 30-day subscriptions, canceling renewal stops future charges but keeps access through the paid period. Refund requests for the current period are assessed based on delivered access, the issue and applicable laws.

When we respond
We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day and normally decide within five business days. Telegram processing constraints may affect completion. These are service targets and do not restrict your legal rights.
